To make a post appear in this feed, you can either set it to most recent (as is here), or you can tag posts as “featured” in the individual blog post settings.

Then, click the pencil icon over the summary block, click “Filter Items”, and either toggle on “Featured Only” or choose how you’d like to filter the posts.
