Booking Terms and Conditions
At Laura Davies Styling we understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes, despite our best intentions, appointments need to be changed. We also understand that time is a precious commodity and that's why we want to make sure that our services are delivered on time, every time.
Late arrivals
If you book an appointment and you arrive late, we may have to reduce the time of your appointment, as personal shopping suites are booked to a schedule and will be required by the store for their next customer. In short, we want to make the most of the time we have together. Please understand we cannot give a refund or additional time for late arrivals.
Cancellations
We know that things come up and plans can change, so we want to make sure our cancellation policy is fair for everyone. Although refunds are not given once an appointment has been booked, we are happy to reschedule your appointment providing one week’s notice is given.
As a lot of preparation work goes on behind the scenes including ordering stock in, compiling online personal shopping baskets and pre-shopping visits in preparation for the appointment.
Missed appointment
Please note that Laura charges for her time, and if you don't turn up for your appointment, we will be unable to refund you. you'll be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service. We don't want to have to enforce this fee, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We will always do our best to work with you to find a new appointment slot that works for both you and our stylist.
Additional time
If you require any extra time to the number of hours outlined on our website, this is chargeable at a rate of £50 per hour.
