Creating your capsule wardrobe and elevating your everyday.
Imagine opening your wardrobe and feeling confident about what to wear. With a capsule wardrobe created just for you, getting dressed has never been easier. It will still feel like you, just better than before.
What makes LAURA DAVIES Styling stand out?
After more than 20 years designing for high street retailers and travelling the globe to see garments being made, I know something most stylists don’t - how clothes really work.
I’ve seen firsthand how premium brands and budget retailers fit their clothes. I understand fabric quality, cuts and manufacturing methods. I know which construction details matter, and which are merely marketing.
As a top Cheshire stylist (and the only one with background in design), I use this in-depth knowledge to help women build wardrobes, full of pieces that fir properly, feel luxurious, and reflect their values. Because when you understand how fashion really works, you make better choices.
More about Me
Fashion has always been a passion of mine, but after two decades of designing, I decided to change direction. Increasingly disillusioned with the pace and waste of fast fashion. I felt a growing responsibility to use my expertise in a more meaningful way.
In 2020, while homeschooling my daughters, I qualified with distinction from the world-famous London College of Fashion and began my journey as a personal stylist.
With a flair for building outfits, a deep understanding of colour and fabric, and insider access to industry trend forecasting (the kind that other stylists can’t get their hands on), my mission was to create a different kind of styling experience – one which would help women shop more sustainably, feel good about themselves and set me apart from other stylists.
For me it’s all about mindful shopping – choosing pieces that work for you and your lifestyle. I love trends and fashion but will never be a slave to social media and always stay rooted in the source of fashion itself. Designer fashion is an artform and it’s my job to look at where colour and fabric trends come from, how they filter down into the high street, and how long they’re predicted to last. This is part of my DNA as a designer and to this day, it’s still how I use my knowledge to help style clients.
Five years on, I have built strong brand relationships, cultivated a loyal portfolio of long-standing clients across Manchester, Cheshire and London and developed a style system that’s unique to me. Not only do I get access to collection preview nights and personal shopping suites for my clients, but they also get to attend exclusive events with me. My approach is aimed at real life, elevating everyday style while quietly challenging the way we consume fashion.
