How my journey began

Hi, I’m Laura Davies – personal stylist, high street designer, and proud mum to two amazing little ladies.

I have a true passion for helping people feel confident, empowered, and completely themselves through style.

After earning my degree in International Fashion Marketing, I began my career as a freelance designer where I've had the opportunity to work across the breadth of the high street, collaborating with a diverse portfolio of retailers. These ongoing roles keep me connected to the heart of the fashion industry and give me unique insight into how thoughtful design can transform not just wardrobes, but confidence.

In 2020, during the pandemic, my freelance work naturally slowed – giving me the perfect opportunity to pursue another lifelong dream. I completed my personal styling qualification at the London College of Fashion and officially launched Laura Davies Styling.

Since then, I’ve worked closely with clients to help them discover their personal style, refine their wardrobes, and feel amazing in what they wear—every single day.

Over the years, I’ve also built wonderful working relationships with a number of independent boutiques, as well as Manchester- and London-based stores including Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, and Mint Velvet. This means that when you work with me, your styling experience is not only completely personal, but also connected to luxury brands and styling suites that don’t have to break the bank.

What truly sets my approach apart is the emphasis I place on building supportive, long-term relationships. Styling is deeply personal, and I believe it should be collaborative, fun, and tailored entirely to you.

One of my specialisms is creating cohesive, capsule wardrobes – made up of around 20 high-quality, versatile pieces that can be styled into 50 stunning outfits for any occasion. These are wardrobes designed to work hard for you, becoming lifelong investments – not quick fashion fixes.

Thanks to my ongoing work in design, I also stay ahead of the curve when it comes to fashion trends and market insights. I use this knowledge to help my clients shop smarter – identifying the styles that will last and elevating your wardrobe with intention, not impulse.

Based in Knutsford, Cheshire, and working with clients across the UK, I offer a range of services including online and face-to-face personal styling, shopping support, as well as colour analysis and body shape consultations – all tailored to help you feel your best, wherever you are.

Style isn’t about following trends – it’s about discovering your identity, dressing with confidence, and feeling like the best version of yourself.
